Badtz-Maru the black penguin with spiky hair is one of the many characters produced by the Japanese company Sanrio and created by Hisato Inoue. He has a green pet alligator named Pochi. This green cutie lives with his owner in Gorgeoustown, even though Pochi was born in a swamp at the foot of a beautiful mountain.
